Dr. Culotta earned his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Memphis in 1987 and completed his internship at the West Virginia University Medical School.

Dr. Griffith is a licensed psychologist with over twenty years of clinical and healthcare management experience. He received his doctorate in clinical/community psychology from the University of South Florida.
Melissa Blackwell

Dr. Blackwell is a licensed  psychologist and pediatric neuropsychologist with over ten years of clinical experience. She earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Argosy University.
Eric J. Lane

Dr. Lane is a licensed psychologist with over 13 years of clinical experience. He received his doctorate in clinical psychology from Loyola College in Maryland, as well as a Masters degree in counseling psychology from Valparaiso University.
Andrea H. Fleischer

Dr. Fleischer is a Certified School Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience. She received her doctorate from Penn State University. Dr. Fleischer has worked extensively with early childhood populations. She specializes in early detection of autism spectrum disorders.
Susan M. Douglas

Ms. Douglas earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College in 1998.During her graduate school career, she completed a two-semester teaching assistantship in masters and doctoral Psychodiagnostics and became interested in neuropsychological assessment, brain injuries, learning disorders, and medical psychology.

Gina M. Loskot, M.S. earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University in 2011. While completing an internship that utilized psychological assessment to attempt to predict recidivism and treatment success rates of individuals on probation and parole, Gina developed a strong interest in the use and development of these tests.

Leslie S. Jordan earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from University of Michigan in 2015. While attending graduate school, she completed an internship that immersed her in test administration and interpretation for comprehensive psychological evaluations, including cognitive tests.
Demetria L. Riddlespurger

Demetria L. Riddlespurger earned her Bachelor’s degree from Towson University in 2010. Demetria has been with the practice since September 2015. She is available for scheduling needs, including intake registration, telephone conference appointments, and all correspondence necessary for forensic cases. Demetria manages the office functions as well as assists in the marketing for NeuroBehavioral Associates.

Amie F. Daniel joined our practice in January 2015. Amie is continuing her education at Howard Community College with special interest in English Language. She has a variety of professional experience including accounting, marketing, and administrative support. Amie assists in the marketing and social media promotion for NeuroBehavioral Associates as well as supports the Practice Manager in the daily managerial functions.
